Balakrishna and Boyapati Srinu’s combination is always known for blockbuster films, and Akhanda 2 also carried high expectations. The film was initially planned for a December 5th release but was postponed due to financial issues. After clearing all hurdles, it was finally released on December 12th, with premieres on December 11th night.
The film received mixed talk on day one but opened well. Collections dropped sharply on day two, while day three showed some recovery.
